A motion simulator should be pretty easy to get in and out of but for people with difficulties we need to develop some special hinges and quick locking plates to help them. With a standard fitting users can incorporate a door in the front or side which can be easily closed or opened without assistance and is as strong as the regular panels.”
Sticking to the regular tabbed hexagonal panels means they would not fit, so we’d require hexagonal panels without our cost cutting tabs, as well as tabbless half hexagons too. If we want to keep it cheap we need to keep to three different panels and one connector, the convienince of opening the front will cost extra if you want it. We’ll also need a locking mechanism to go with it so this is reserved for the deluxe version.
